The water drop, and the wave
Let's hope that the kids will behave
The soda pop, that you crave
Might be the last thing that we save
The water drop
The water drop
Pictures up, on the wall
Reflect the light after the fall
Together we're one for all
But alone we're no one can recall
The water drop
The water drop
The water drop, and the wave
The water drop
The soda pop, that you crave
The water drop
Let's hope that the kids all behave

"Written in late spring 2020. Obviously a little less 'classic rock band' instrumentation than the usual Chicken fair. I'll admit to being the old guy looking at young producers like Finneas O'Connell and going 'I can do that!' So I grabbed the 808 sounds and did what I seldom do. I made a beat track and just wrote some shit on top of it. This is what came out. (In waltz time of course. #OKBoomer Ha!)
Water drop? Soda pop? I have no idea what it means. I still like the track though. Check out the video too. I almost it that more than the song itself."
